We want you to be happy with VibeUI.

Digital goods

VibeUI sells digital products (template source code and prompts) delivered instantly. Because access and downloads are granted immediately upon purchase, sales are generally final.

14-day goodwill refund

If you are unsatisfied and have not downloaded any premium source, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@vibeui.studio with your order details. Refunds for accounts that have downloaded premium source are considered case by case.

How to request

Email support@vibeui.studio from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within a few business days.
