Terms of Service

Welcome to VibeUI ("we", "us"). By accessing or using vibeui.studio (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VibeUI is a library of UI templates and AI prompts. Free templates may be used for personal projects. Premium templates require a paid plan and include a commercial-use license as described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans & payment

Paid plans are one-time payments processed by Stripe. The Annual Pass grants access for 12 months; Lifetime grants permanent access. Prices are shown in your page language's currency. Fair-use daily download limits apply as stated on the pricing page.

4. License

Free templates. You may use them, their prompts and their source code in personal, non-commercial projects: learning, side projects you do not charge for, and internal experiments. They do not carry a commercial-use licence, so they may not be used in client work, in a product you sell, or in anything that generates revenue.

Paid plans. With an active Annual Pass or Lifetime plan you may use downloaded template source code and prompts in both personal and commercial projects, including client work and products you sell.

Under either licence you may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates or prompts as a competing library or template product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, scrape, or overload the Service, bypass access controls, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Service and templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date.
